By accessing or using Financho, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

Financho provides a platform for users to model their financial future, run scenarios, and receive automated guidance through an AI Coach. The accuracy of projections depends entirely on the data and assumptions provided by the user.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- The accuracy and completeness of the data you input.
- Ensuring that your use of the service complies with local laws and regulations.
- Making your own financial decisions. Financho is a tool to aid your analysis, not a replacement for professional financial advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Financho and its creators shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on the software's output. Projections are inherently uncertain and market conditions can change rapidly.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, including its design, algorithms, and content, is the property of Financho and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal planning.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
